The IND vs AFG squads were selected by India’s Men’s Selection Committee, which met in Guwahati before a press conference addressed by Ajit Agarkar, Chairperson of the Senior Men’s Selection Committee, and Devajit Saikia, Honorary Secretary of the BCCI.
